What I Do

I do a quite few things through my various companies:

Businesses

Double-Take Industries is where I have my own line of apparel with funny graphics to awesome designs. I also offer high quality, custom apparel with a focus on small businesses and community organizations. I founded Double-Take Industries in October of 2007 as an extreme sports and apparel company. Double-Take Industries also supports my hobby of yo-yoing; we are in the process of developing our first yo-yo and some yo-yo related apparel, we also supports yo-yoing through event sponsorships.

  • Montgomery Enterprises LLC

I Registered Montgomery Enterprises LLC with the State of Idaho in October of 2007 to use it as a name for my vending machine company. M.E. LLC currently owns eight vending machines, five of which are antique candybar machines and three of which are newer bulk-candy quarter machines. As of now we have placed one of the Antique machines in Double-Take Industries. We are currently trying to sell the Antique machines (all five of them) for $250.00. The money earned from this would go back into the bulk-candy quarter machines. If you are interested in the antique machines, live in or near Idaho, and would be willing to come pick them up please contact me! If you have good places to put them (Rec. Districts, Show Rooms, Toy Stores, etc.) they can be very profitable for very little labor on your part.

  • iTradeMarketing

iTradeMarketing is my web development company where I offer training on use of social media platforms, custom website design, and web hosting for a small monthly fee.

  • TwinePitched.com

TwinePitched.com is my online Yo-Yo Community where the focus is on Yo-Yoing as a lifestyle, not just a hobby. You can get all of your yo-yo needs met here, either by asking questions on the forum, using our tutorials to learn new tricks, or buying new gear in our online store. We’re also developing yo-yo clubs and competitions across the nation, starting in my home state of Idaho.

Events

  • The Idaho Yo-Yo Championships (Website)

The Idaho Yo-Yo Championships have been an annual event since 2005, where our first competition took place at Julie Davis Park in Boise, Idaho. Due to a shortage of funds the competition had to be postponed for two years (2006/2007) until funding could be sorted out. In 2008 we had a great amount sponsors sign on to support the competition and had a very successful event. Our venue was the 2008 Emmett, ID Cherry Festival which offered us a wide range of spectators. We had 10 competitors in 2008 and are expecting even more this year!
